1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrintCraft (printcraft.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using PrintCraft services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All generated PDF assets—including math drill sheets, word search puzzles, handwriting practice sheets, certificate templates, and hall passes created on PrintCraft—are provided free of charge for non-commercial educational use.

Permitted Uses:

  • Printing worksheets for use in public, private, or charter school classrooms.
  • Utilizing materials for homeschooling, tutoring sessions, and extracurricular learning.
  • Sharing printed paper materials directly with students and parents.

3. Usage Restrictions

You are explicitly prohibited from performing any of the following activities:

  • Selling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing compiled PDF assets generated by PrintCraft on digital marketplaces (e.g., Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, or digital stores).
  • Scraping, framing, or mirroring web application source code or generator engines.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract underlying web code algorithms for commercial software replication.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrintCraft provides all materials and web generators on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for absolute mathematical and typographical accuracy in our dynamic generators, we make no express or implied warranties regarding completeness, reliability, or error-free rendering.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PrintCraft or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PrintCraft's website.

6. Modifications to Service

PrintCraft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site or tools at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
